We love getting your orders to you as fast as possible! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Once your payment is confirmed, we get to work right away! Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the very next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your package is on its way.

 

We deliver to every corner of India! Estimated delivery times are:

•        Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days

•        Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days

•        Rural and remote areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates. Occasional delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier backlogs are beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep things moving.

 

We offer two convenient delivery options so you can shop the way you're most comfortable:

 

Prefer to pay when your order arrives? We've got you! COD is available across most pin codes in India. Here's how it works:

•        Pay in cash directly to the delivery partner when your order reaches your door — easy and worry-free!

•        A nominal COD handling fee of Rs. 50 is charged per order. This covers the extra processing and cash collection by our courier partner.

•        The COD fee is non-refundable in case of a return, as it covers the delivery service already rendered.

Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover. Our delivery partners may not always carry change.

 

Pay upfront using UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets — and enjoy a faster, smoother delivery experience!

•        Standard delivery charges apply based on your location and order weight, and are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm.

•        Orders above Rs. 999 qualify for FREE standard shipping — no delivery charges at all!

•        Prepaid orders are generally processed and dispatched with higher priority.

Choosing prepaid? You'll also enjoy quicker refunds directly to your original payment method in case of any returns.

 

We know the excitement of waiting for a package! Once shipped, you'll get an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey. You can track it directly through our website or on our courier partner's portal.

 

If your order hasn't shown up within the estimated delivery window, please don't worry — just contact us at help@theshoppingcrew.com. We'll personally follow up with our courier partner and either reship your order or offer you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

To ensure your order reaches you without any hiccups, please double-check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Unfortunately, we're unable to take responsibility for delays or missed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll try our best to update it!
